Forces acting at a distance- forces that result even when the two interacting objects are not in physical contact with each other, yet are able to exert a push or pull despite their physical separation.
Types of forces acting at a distance are electrical, magnetic, and gravity. Electrical- force between two charged objects Magnetic- the attraction or repulsion between two magnetic poles. Gravity- pulls objects towards the core of the earth. |
